So i now have my system as I wanted it and comes the part ive been looking forward to, watercooling it.

I am now looking at watercooling the NZXT Switch 810 going with the white one and wanting to go with black fittings and parts for watercooling.

I will be cooling an overclocked 2600k and an overclocked 7970, my question is if i get a 360 rad in the roof will that be sufficient ? and is it really worth going push/pull or will that not make a big enough difference ?

I did also ask in another thread about black blocks for cpu and gpu is there any reason NOT to go with those ?

I understand the plexi blocks can crack if you arent careful and im not really wanting that anyways and i had read somewhere before about a problem with nickel blocks. The black ones are ok tho ?

Thanks for any advice.

A thick 360 will be fine. Push pull is worth it if possible :)

plexi is difficult to crack if you tighten by hand. Pretty much impossible TBH!

heheh tell that to my mate who cracked both his GPU and GPU plexi blocks >_< much spillage was caused... Wodgah knows the story, we had many laughs :D

Depends how much you are overclocking and what voltages you are using.

Lots of other threads show people shoving in 140 or 280mm rad in the bottom in all sorts off different configs.

Best thing to do is throw on a 280mm rad onto the internal fans (you can do push pull but it depends on gpu, best to just go with one layer of fans). As for the top I have seen people squeeze (very tight) a 420mm rad in the top but this involves drilling holes and very tight fitting with the piping.
