Appartments for groups of people in Liverpool

Toward the end of February 20 of us are looking at going to Liverpool to stay saturday night. Out of the 20 who have said they would come, maybe 15 will.

We are looking to rent an appartment instead of all stay in seperate rooms

This site looks like it has some great appartments but they are all booked up

I highly doubt people with apartments will rent to you. Most stipulate that they don't allow parties or large groups etc...

You might get away with it if when you get the keys only you go, however you might be in violation of the T&Cs. On the other hand they might just ask for a deposit.

The apartment is in toxteth but it's literally a few feet in front of the 'welcome to..' sign. Taxis cost £3-4 into centre from there. I stayed about a year ago. Dunno if they have availability though you'll have to check. They were one bed apartments with the addition of a double blow up mattress. Depends how snobby you're being :p
 
Ask on the Liverpool forum of tripadvisor, I'm sure there are a couple of other places that have large spaces, there are some serviced apartments on Renshaw Street but I'm not sure how many people they sleep.
Check base2stay they may have something.
 
Just do what the protesters are doing here in Liverpool. Claim squatters rights in one of the many abandoned building in this fair city.
 
Well, the time has come and we ended up booking 8 rooms at premier in. 18 confirmed so we thought fine, 2 can use sofas or something and no pay... now upto 25 confirmed, it looks like its 3 per room. Guaranteed not everyone will make it back though

Good stuff. Could you update the thread if you manage to get upto 30 confirmed? Really interested in this.

I advise you check with your Premier Inn before going that 3 are actually allowed per room, I used to work for them and three adults weren't allowed in, just adults & kids.
