Its very rare an Operative or a Scoundrel will kill you or even get your morale to half in warzones since the bracket was introduced. I must confess that my Sniper is far more effective than the above adv classes, can easily drop a targets health 75% in 3-4 shots whilst CC them and knowing I have 2-3 CC oh shiz get away skills ready if things get hairy!

Hopefully no-one will notice and turn their attention to Bounty Hunters next because lets face it Sorcerers are perfectly balanced and extremely hard to play ;)
 
No one else here getting lag spikes? Its stopping me playing the game and its a shame because I was enjoying it. Theres a thread on official forum about it - lots of people since new patch are getting 4000ms+ spikes randomly.

Its crap like this that are the bane of mmo's. I quit LOTRO because of it ( went on for days lots of people complaining and they did nothing).

It's not the nerf i would have given them but they definately needed it, being able to open for 5k+ on my jugg in almost full Battlemaster was just plain silly. Personally i'd have changed their attacks to a damage type that didn't completely ignore armor and shields, they already get buffs to bypass a percentage.

Don't think I don't see you setting up a shield over there :mad:

I generally end up jumping on top of a sniper to shoot them after throwing about 3-4 grenades over the shield (can't bounce that ranged attack can ya :p). Ofc there's a risk in trying to do that but a sniper can't do nearly as much damage when you're at point blank behind his shield.


Yes, now that the bracket is in everyone is doing less % damage on average because there's no poorly armoured sub-50s to gank but an operative is still very destructive. Much of that is because you can't see the attack coming and defend.
 
well ive been officially screwed for the first time!

got an email saying my payment was declined, and now when i try to add a subscription i get this message.

"An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later."

I think you should request a generic customer service response :)
 
I'm definitely enjoying myself more than I thought I would, but I'm not sure if that's because it's Star Wars.

Still, I just made level 20 and I'm having a blast with my Bounty Hunter - I haven't really touched Flashpoints or Warzones they seem popular though, so I'll probably get around to checking them out.

They said they had troubles with the subscription service, give them a call I'd say.

Off the top of my head ; entering cover gives 3 dampners that absorb attacks, it gives instant snipe, we can throw an insta conc nade 30m, we can throw a canister to lower your accuracy, we get +30%(maybe 50) speed exiting cover, we can root you from distance and slow, we can DoT you and lob explosives, we can put up a shield for 100% dodge 3secs, we can stun you in melee range, we can lower your armour 30% insta, we get insta gib if your under 30% health, we get insta big range hit att after snipe (cant recall name), we cannot be knocked back if we use our extra cover skill, we have AoE knockback and root and we look damn sexy to boot ! (female obv) :p


P.S are you playing a BH or Trooper ?

on the phone now but only have a mobile and i dont have a land line telephone, going to give them 30mins max

I cancelled my 6mth option and went for 3 however I kept getting the same error until I paid via CC and not Paypal, which I then removed that payment option and set it back to paypal.
 
where can i find out all the peoples names who are in the guild "its a trap"??

Looking to roll a ALT,ALT on frostclaw after giving up on Bxun battle server for the time being due to server pop.

p.s onperative/scound did need a nerf for the very reson their stun was so unbalanced.

But im slightly sad that sith marauder yet to get any buff or love as i feel it needs some given how silly complex it is to play.

Next nerf will be BH powrtech i recon, as they are insane at level 50 and can pretty much solo 5 people which is mental.....example, yesterday 1 warzone BH level 50 PvP gear soloing a whole team, everyone left after 5 mins lol

ive been trying both paypal and cc and both of them produce the same message
 
Oh wow, I just had the strangest urge to make a Bounty Hunter or Smuggler and play them while listening to the Cowboy Bebop sound track.

Hmm, it's thing like this why I never have just one good character in MMO's.
 
That last patch has ruined the gaming experience for me :(

Companions with a mind of there ow ( don't even show up half the time), Graphics raping my 560 on low, lagfest galore, loading screen randomly popping up (seems this is common) plus many more :(

i was going tp cancel my sub but notice they took it at 2.33am this morning :(
 
Sounds like BW are hell bent on destroying their own game before its even been given a chance. At least mythic took their time with killing Warhammer Online :p
 
So did anyone else get charged £9.96 instead of £8.99, there was no indication they would be basing subscriptions off the $14.99 USD and using the exchange rate.
