Being in the Ambulance service down ere in Cornwall, we have our own list of Favourite Pasty shops and Philps in Hayle tends to be my favourite. Had one yesterday :-)

Shame you cant get the REAL traditional Cornish Pastie tho, and thats Meat filling one side and Sweet the other, would really love one with vanilla ice cream in.
