Looks okay. A few dropped ping packets shouldn't be of major concern.

Was there an actual problem you were trying to diagnose?

Not really. Just seems no better than 10MB sometimes!

I know any dropped packets are unacceptable but could be worse. This is my graph as I type, seeing 10-20% loss. Trying to watch the snooker but keeps timing out.

Mine is also pretty rubbish. On 100MB but at times the connection feels a little sluggish and we get occasional packet loss and bad pings in peak hours.

I'd happily pay the same for a 20 meg connection that was more consistent. Wish ISPs would stop headline chasing. It'll be even worse no doubt when they boost the speeds of other subscribers.

It's not bad for Virgin - packetloss doesn't really make much difference unless it's much higher. Here's mine:

Be ADSL at about 14/1 I think.

some of you are lucky... here is mine from last night. The improvement was when i was on the phone to VM complaining then as soon as i hung up it went back to normal again?!?
