PC for my brother (movie editing pc)

This is for my brother, he is a documentary maker he uses abode premiere.
he wants to hook up 2 monitors to it.
What sort of set up would you guys recommend for Movie editing for about 1300 pounds ?

i chose the gtx580 because it supports cuda which is a way of using a graphics card to help with editing. see here:

This is assuming he is using Adobe Premiere?

he will be using Abode Premiere.
Okay I just showed him this build and he seems to like what you have chosen , thank you.
 
No problem. Bare in mind its over budget and no keyboard. I dont know much about wireless keyboards but the wired keyboard sehcure suggested is very good.

To save money on that rig, if you need to, just get a cheaper GTX580
 
Or a GTX570. The amount of VRAM the card has doesn't really affect the CUDA rendering results and the 570 isn't that much worse than the 580. we're talking seconds.
Save the ££ and spend it on more RAM.

On a subnote if you want to go over 16GB of RAM make sure he has Windows 7 pro or higher. Home Premium doesn't support more than 16GB of RAM.
