Two quick questions:

1. Would the Arctic Cooler Freezer 13 be enough to cool a 2500K OC'd to 4.5Ghz?

2. If not, would an H60 be sufficient?

OK, I'll have a look into the Gelid...I just wanted to know if the freezer could actually cope with that level of OC or if I would need something more substantial.

personally i wouldnt use something so puny on such a good chip at a substantial overclock - but that is my personal feeling

Had the freezer pro 13, topped out for me at 4.6ghz with temps in the high 70s if that helps. Not a bad cooler, but there are better in the price range such as the geild or a50/70.

OK, I've had a look at another few coolers. What would you guys recommend as the best air cooler for £50 (approx).

My current list is:

Gelid Tranquillo v2
ThermalTake Frio
Be Quiet Dark Rock Advanced
Akasa Venom Voodoo

I'd be using Low profile vengeance RAM so clearance shouldn't be a problem (I hope!)

I've just got the freezer 13 pro and the 2500k, at the moment just tried the safest oc and at 4.4ghz reads 62c average not bad, plus it's very silent
