Fitting 2 120mm case fans

I'm going to fit 2 120mm fans on bottom of my cm storm trooper case,should they be set as intake or out take?

Generally I'd put lower down fans as intake, but try and balance intake and exhaust to create flows of air... don't have all your fans as intake or exhaust as it'll defeat the point.

So I should have one as intake and the other as out take?

I would go for intake on both fans for sure and would dust filter them if your case does not have that feature. Also make sure your case fans at the top and top back are all pushing out

Well I think you shouldn't fit them until you move it, last thing you want is the case/filter getting full of carpet fibers/dust and other nasties found in a carpet.

I agree with that to .. at least get a nice wood board to sit it on or something like that if you cant move it completely

Would a piece of laminate wood be ok to use ?

The case is to big to fit under my computer desk lol,because that's we're I would have it.

Yeah mate as long as its clean, flat and wide enough not to make your computer unstable ... I mean not wobble about all over the place lol

And have them set to intake, think about how hot air rises, the cooler air in your house will be nearest the floor, also once inside your case will push the hot air up.
