I think that this game is gonna die out very quickly. Far too many issues with it. Punk buster does more harm than good, most hacked game ive ever played. Netcode is bad, hit reg is woeful, (im having to aim behind people to kill them). Very poorly laid out menus for loadout/squad etc. Every time they release a "fix" they just break more stuff. I had high hopes for this, but as it currently stands it's a farce.
 
its not too bad with people you know but it is so infuriating at times :p

that game we just played setter i rushed over got 5 kills seen a few others im on my own and my team mate just gunned me down :confused: nowhere near anyone else to be confused with

tk on pub servers just no tbh

as loam was just saying the whole farce could bring down all third party ac !

all over this and all cause of what happended at ggc but im not even bothered the tech is dinosaur crap and it will hopefully either make a better team of people take up the reigns or the actual game makers actually do something ( which they should anyway) especially with how much money they recieve from the big games.

look at bf and cod for eg your talking 1 billion or more pounds and they cant between them sort a anticheat out ! bs !!!!

think the next week will be either very good for bf3 or bad as the nameless cheat sites are on about hitting them again and the anticheat people have basically nothing to defend or just have to sit and watch.

im just sitting waiting to see if ea and dice do anything or just carry on counting there money :rolleyes:
 
Yep, very infuriating tbh. Played a round earlier, killed more times by my own team than the enemy. Had to laugh at thequango getting a bit worked up that last round lol. The cheat system does indeed need a serious overhaul. Personally though, i think that dice/ea just dont care. Theyve made their money. The ones that do get caught cheating simply get a stat wipe, (new soldier name and theyre back at it again). I think dice/ea want to hold on to them, so as they can make more money with new dlc further down the line.
 
You gotta love the error messages it throws up. You were disconnected, something went wrong etc. A case for sherlock holmes methinks.:D

I know stats are not everything ' especially in BF3 ' but man, setter your stats have hit an all new low after B2K hit. EA should compensate you by boosting your K/D.

Not really fussed about k/d tbh. But the game just doesnt play the same as it did. Its no bf2 or bfbc2 for that matter.

Nice vid, does look a lot better than consoles. what happened to your gtx 480?
 
Hey guys, just a quick question:

Is the g3a3 worth unlocking? It has been a favourite gun of mine for quite some time across many games just because it's a different play style really. However I hear it's been nerfed into the ground so I'm unsure if I should bother.

Also I have to say that they killed the battlefield franchise in my opinion. It's a fun game to play but BF2 is significantly better. The whole unlock system annoys me. I miss the days when ranking up in bf2 was a long awaited moment and felt epic when you managed it and got to pick an unlock which wasn't massively overpowered!

I am also wondering as to what is up with the jets. The f35 is still pathetic compared to it's rivals. I can't believe they managed to do that twice in a row. I've been flying all day now and I find I'm very successful in dog fights but they screwed up the f35 terribly. You can hold down break on the other planes to massively decrease your turning circle and prevent a f35 ever keeping up with you but if you do it in an f35 it will think you want to hover and leave you just sitting like a duck mid-turn.

The result is that you can break in the corners but never achieve anywhere near the same sort of turning circle. The only saving grace of the f35 is that it can break a lot quicker and therefore you can use this to make planes overshoot you and shoot them in the back instead.

i managed to join one of the ocuk servers earlier and had a good few matches, hopefully manage to get on a few more this week.
had some good fun overall and did not suffer any lag like a few other servers i went on tonight.

I have to say even after unlocking it i dont find it anything amazing.

Its not completely useless, my mate swears by it. But i couldn't really find a reason to use it over other assault rifles.
