Woo hoo, missed a delivery from DX Secure on Friday and since they have no depot and can only re-arrange I didn't get it till today. DPD are much better.

I missed one on Monday(never missed one in my life before),have arranged for delivery at my workplace for tomorrow,i don't hold out much hope now though.

You get text with two hour window and can text back 1-3 for delivery on the next 3 days. So simple and so good. And the guy came back on the way back to the depot to see if I was in, which I was that time around.

Speaks the truth, Interlink have really improved recently. It's about time package delivery companies started upping their game.

DPD are absolutely amazing, my favourite courier. They always turn up within 5 minutes of the time stated in the text message, as well.

This. They are the best courior I have ever had experience with, by far.

I had 3 packages delivered with dx and they were SO late that I had left work before they got delivered. The first time I was driving out of work down the country lanes and found the guy stuck in a ditch. After managing to pull him out he gave me the parcel, i didn't enjoy getting my trousers covered in mud though.

Used the dpd free upgrade over christmas and they were bang on with their estimate, so this is good news! Thanks ocuk!
