Got my car back last week for its service and MOT.
Some of you lot might remember my other thread about this, anyway was bored, sitting in the car waiting for my other half and was flicking through the service sheet, now in my handbook it states my car uses 5W30 fully syn oil dextros 2.

On this service sheet it says they used 5W30 semi syn oil. Remembering this is a vauxhall dealership

What would my course of action be?
Think they will change my oil to the correct one and oil filter again for free?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Well i could. Iv done ~ 600 miles this week and its turning blackish/not the clean colour of new oil, so i can tell if the oil has been changed and its new oil on the dipstick.

Plus i have FSH for this car, i want a new recipt with the correct oil on it, for resale purposes.

I change the oil myself every 6k miles, just get this service done with the MOT for the purpose of the stamp.

well if you've done 600 miles in a week, maybe that's why they've put different oil in?
