I am not quite sure if the game has been patched lately.

Try and reinstall your GPU drivers. May help.

Or have you recently updated?

They look like really bad artefacts.

What resolution are you playing at? Any AA? And what size monitor are you using?

Have you buy any chance overclocked the card, because the 5670 isn't really a "gamers card" if you get my drift.
 
Agree with cinderz, looks like artifacting, could you monitor the temps while you play?

On the other hand the pink textures I have seen before, albeit in another game (portal 2). That was down to a problematic CCC driver...whites became pink and drove my cards far too hard.
 
I have updated to the 12.1 drivers and not a problem as yet. I have been play BF3 and MW3 on my HD5770 very happily.

Erm, check the cable too, going from your monitor to the GPU, sometimes it can be the case of just a loose cable. It's pathetic to think it I know, but 9/10 that can be the problem.

Indeed it is. New drivers coming out, boost the performance of my heavily overclocked 5770 hopefully. Need to wait a few more months until I can afford a new GPU.
 
Well it was playing it fine yesterday, played Arkham Asylum fine.
Casual gaming like sims3, civilisation5 was all ok. Haven't tried them in a while. And various first person shooters over the past year or so.

Settings are :
1680x1050
V sync on
aa- FXAA medium

directx11 off
level detail hight, then everything as "yes" apart from ambien occlusion.

I've tried it with AMD Overdrive on and off and makes no difference.


Need to try different games, but already tried lowering settings etc.
 
I thought 12.11 was somewhat obsolete? iirc AMD said 12.11 didn't have any of the fixes present in 11.11 and 12.1 with the advised option being 12.1 + 11.11 CAP3.
