Ok I admit I'm a touch drunk right now. But I've just been hit by a wave of inspiration...

On Monday I'm having a biopsy under general anaesthetic. It's "down below" where no man really wants to have a biopsy (hence being unconscious at the time).

So...

Spec me a comedy caption that I can write in indelible ink "down below" or on a leg, etc, to make the surgeon smile. I'm currently leaning towards a full on acid house smiley
