I bought a new monitor http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-165-SA&groupid=17&catid=1120&subcat= , and it has one dead pixel near the centre to the left side, do I DSR or not

Or a worse one![]()
Chances of that are fairly slim.
If it was me I'd DSR it. Couldn't live with one single dead or stuck pixel, not when spending that much on a monitor
Just out of curiosity, do I still have my full DSR rights according to the law, even when the item is a monitor? , what I mean is, I had to remove all the crappy plastic that is stuck to the monitor etc etc, all the packaging is tip top and perfect, including the boc etc. Am I actually still entitled to return a monitor under DSR?
How do I know they just wont send the same one back if I repurchase the same monitor?

Write down the serial number.
TN dead pixels are bright white aren't they? I couldn't live with that. DSR the sucka!
interparcel? parcel monkey?
Check their insurance tho.
Some declined to insure monitors against damage.
Parcel force will tho
also in your ticket ensure they understand your returning under DSR and not due to a dead pixel
