Drugs smell

Although I'm not a toker myself, some types of cannabis smell I find quite nice but other types are simply obnoxious. I'd ask the police if they could pay him a visit and give him some sort of warning. Might give him a little fright especially if he's off his face at the time. Hope you get it sorted.

Weed is generally not a nice smell but better than the smell of tobacco in my opinion. The problem with calling the police is that he likely will just get fined and be pretty irritated about said fine. If he's not a nice person or knows people who aren't very nice I might be inclined to not stir the pot.

Incense candles work extremely well for removing smells, I don't use them my self but I know of girls and even some guys who do and they really are incredibly effective.
 
Why don't you talk with him and ask him to stop first or find a way to contain the smell. Bit extreme going for the police with no formal warning first.

could be a cool guy just dont smell what your smelling coz he tokes to much, if its a nice palce chances is its goinng to be cool just telll him and he will sort his carbon filter.
 
I very much doubt that the police will do a great deal.

1. They will need to be round to catch him.
2. I doubt he holds a lot, so it will be a slap on the wrists if anything.

Or if your lucky he has a lot on him, he may get a fine.
 
Honestly go talk to the dude. Tell him to control the smell, and that you are doing him a favor before going to the police.

Some neighbors don't report it but it's safe to assume that neighbors do not appreciate or enjoy it. It's up to the person to ensure that their rights do not impose on any one else's.

grow a pair and tell him to get it under control (by leaning out the window or something at least) or you'll get the authorities, then if he doesn't listen, kill him and smoke all his drugs.

Dude, that is a little extreme, at least leave a little drugs to sell later.
 
I think the worst idea is to let it be known to said person you'd going to tell the autorities.
Do it anonymous, less chance of any fallback. You never know what people do when they find out who got them in to trouble, deserving or not.

Then again, make sure the authorities know not to knock(down) on your door in the middle of the night :p
