There once was a town based around a sawmill. Most of the town worked in the sawmill or in the hospital that had sprung up next door to cope with all of the injuries, as sawmills are very dangerous places, and this one was particularly accident prone.
This hospital had become very good at dealing with serious physical injuries, and had an excellent record at reattaching body parts. So when Bob cut his own arm off at the sawmill, Jim wasn't worried, and knew to put the arm in a plastic bag and take it and Bob to the hospital.
The hospital was able to re-attach the arm, and a week later Bob was back at work in the sawmill.
The next week Bob, being a bit dozy, managed to cut off his left leg. Jim simply sighed, and put his leg in a plastic bag and took him to the hospital. The leg is a bit more complex than an arm, but nevertheless Bob was playing football and back at the sawmill within the fortnight.
Some amount of time passed, and Bob had an unfortunate accident where managed to cut off his own head.
Jim sighed, as he had seen this happen before and the hospital had managed to save them, put his head in a plastic bag and carried it and the body to the hospital.
Later that day, Jim was at home and became worried, the head is a pretty serious injury after all. Maybe the hospital wouldn't be able to save him? So the following morning he left for work early and went first to the hospital to enquire about his friends health.
"We're sorry Jim, there was nothing we could do"
"But, I've seen you attach missing heads before and the people had survived!"
"Yes, but some idiot had put this guys head in a plastic bag and suffocated him."
