Any clubs in the league without managers at the moment cant be raided. Its so that if someone takes over say liverpool they arent taking over a team with all its best players gone.

Good shout, I use Bayern in my work league and you start with a pretty damn nice team. Plus you will have your starting budget and everyone else will be skint.
