Are they core temps you are quoting or cpu temps?
Because Core temps are the ones that matter,

Secondly are you overclocking you nb-cpu because if its at stock then theres some gains from having it at around 2.4-2.6 when your cpu is at 4.0ghz +.

Can you show us the cpu-z pics of your memory settings.

You either have very good cooling or your PC is hanging outside your window as at those volts in prime95 I've only seen those temps on water or very high end air coolers.

Or either inaccurate temp sensors or very good silicon, my unlocked b55 on a ttitan fenrir wasn't too too far off those temps when pushed at 4.2 at 1.525

My 965 at 4.1ghz 1.5v hits 55c and I have good case fan setup and CPU cooler with my window open as well...

ive never successfully got past 219nb so i just up the multi

1.3v could work. I've never came across a board that cant do 2600mhz on the northbridge. You definitely changing CPU/NB voltage and not just the NB voltage?
