GiffGaff

I would say my 3G signal is OK. Can't compared it to anything really but Virgin mobile and that was terrible. Wouldn't mind trying out 3 but not going through the trouble of changing.

My only problem with GiffGaff is the payment, I'm sure last month I bought 2 goodybags at once, but a few days ago in the morning I couldn't text/call. At first I wasn't sure why, then I checked GiffGaff app and realised. But I couldn't purchase a goodybag till like 9am or something silly.. This time I've made sure I've bought 2, both payments out of my bank.

Giffgaff is excellent, for 10 quid a month you get more than enough for your money.

You can also buy a goodbag in advance so your always rolling one month ahead.

I've been using giffgaff for a while now. Their 3g coverage is crap both where I work and where I live but for £10 a month I can't complain really.

dont forget free voice calls and texts to other giffgaff users as long as you top up by £10 every 3 months ... which means most people will get this automatically

Why dont you just get an orange month to month contract. Theyre like £10 p/m, 500mb of internet and a few texts....normally no calls though.

Don't think it is, is there a way to find out?

Take your sim out and put the GiffGaff sim in (pop pin in hole in top and lever lip of sim tray out etc), if it's locked to your network then it will say so, if not it should find the GiffGaff network ok.

Any idea how to add 443 into iPhone for voicemail? There guy doesn't work. Assume it guide must be on old iOS.

Also has 02 had issues the last few days. Signals all over the place, in same location?

My Blackberry Curve 8520 Orange contract expires this month. I was about to upgrade to an iPhone 4s but I've had a bit of a spanner thrown into the works and it will be a couple of months before that happens. I notice that Giffgaff offer Blackberry Sevices as an add on to their 'goody bags'. Anybody got any experience of using them with a BB? Any issues?

Cheers
