Yeah but what I'm saying is nothing can be done on terms of racism as English isn't a race, it'd have to be done as threatening behaviour or insulting language or something else.
I know this wont help and I'm not making light of the situation but I genuinely read the thread title as "Girlfriend being imitated by a neighbour..." and was expecting a thread about someone dressing up as your GF.
In the context of law, it can be deemed as racist.
Pakistani is on the same level as English i.e. it denotes someone from Pakistan or England accordingly yet if I call someone a " ******* ****" then it is deemed racist. Are you saying if I call someone an "English ****" it is not racist?
