power supply okay for this 7950?

Personally (and the golden rule around here) is only to use a good PSU from a reputable maker such as Corsair/XFX/OCZ/Antec etc.

So I wouldnt touch that PSU with a barge poll.

Agreed. Though the you have linked is 80+ i would not recomend it atall, especially with such an expensive card.
 
Hang on guys. Some people should do some research before typing. It's a FSP, who make some decent psu's. My Zalman is made by FSP and is a superb psu.

The Epsilon is a good psu. Here is a review of the 600w version.
 
It's actually an FSP psu by the looks of it, so it should be fine but i'd still check to see if either hardwaresecrets or jonnyguru have a review of it.
