I enjoy it all if I'm honest, I'm not going to lie though... The feeling of carrying your team is nice. I know as a jungler I make a big difference but feel as a carry I make a huge difference. You are right though other can and do fail but if another lane gets fed at least I can do some damage to them as a carryYou do that and top/middle or jungle won't do so well. Unfortunately it's just how the game can goPlay what you enjoy....
Got a 15 min Tri Force on Ezreal yesterday which was funny Talon is amazing mate, he can carry hard and counters most AP, once you're 6 your harass is godlike.Can hopefully afford Talon in a bit
As of yet im undefeated on mid Soraka, in the past i have used my main mid chars - Anivia, Heimerdinger, Cassiopeia but they always lacked something.
Soraka full AP is very hard to play against mid lane, levelling her 'E' to 4 asap deals 212 magic damage and silence's your opponent for 2s. I absolutely murdered a very good Swain, Kassadin and Miss Fortune yesterday by hitting them with infuse and then following up with starcall and autoattack sending them running for their tower.
She's very suseptible to early ganks though if they have a Lee Sin or Shaco jungler so boots and 3x pot is needed as a start.
Give it a try and you'll enjoy it

I had a great game last night with brand, I also purchased his new skin which was on sale (blue 1) cant remember the name off the top of my head ha-ha I got 17/2/16
I held middle lane and swiched to top/bottom when I could after killing Ziggs, then Ganked them because I was over powerd. I also had a good game with Maokai but Still cant get to grips with him Ultimate lol.

Soraka is mean in mid, people really do underestimate her. She is one of the toughest champs I've ever had to play against in mid... However she does generally generate a lot of flames from the team which in term can make people feed etc... My brother used to play her in ranked as AP mid, while I'm not saying I agree or disagree with this... People would AFK etc because of it. I mean it's great early game don't get me wrong but imo as an AP carry falls off late game.
Yea that is my fav Brand skin to be honest. Out of interest do you smart cast? Since I started smart casting I've found Brand to be so much easier to melt face.

Yeah I love this skin, My brother said I only had a good game coz I changed my skin hahahaha. Yes I do try to smart cast, I tend to start off with a mana regen item and health pots in any lane I am in because I just last longer than most people. If I am ganking I wait for team mates to make the first lot of damage and them I pop my combo to finish them off or stun the ones running away. I did have a lot of games where I didnt do well when I first played him mind but I always dominate the middle lane who ever I am up against. They normally swich Champs so I guess they are like "omg cant get anywhere with mid can some1 try and take out brand"
EDIT: I also try to leave my Ultimate for when no minions are in the fight because it could be wasted, and if the team are running away in a group I toss it on them and watch them die lol

Skins make you better yo!Yea, I've changed everything to smart cast in my key bindings and couldn't go back. I also build Brand with good mana regeneration, I'll generally harass them with my "W" but every now and again, and slowly wear them down. Second I'm 6 they are dead even without the gank (W/Q/E/R + Ignite = bye bye

Yea, it's all about the skins! Although don't get me started on that -.-
Ok you know when you press a spell you then have to click again to cast it? You remove that so it just casts. So something like Kennen's throw shruken thing ( thing it's Q ) would mean wherever your mouse was when you pressed Q it would throw in that direction, very very handy for skill shot champs. Took a little bit of getting used to it but I've noticed a huge gain in my abilities, especially with champs like Ryze, Ezreal, Brand, Lee Sin, Caitlyn etc.
You can do it if you hold down shift + q/w/e/r or you can change it in the options and set just qwer for smart cast.

I was trying it when I ended up playing a game as Ashe which probably a champ that really doesn't need it, it totally stuffed me on a volley where I turned did the volley but had my cursor back to my direction I was trying to run in. I also felt it caused lag in the actual actions when playing.
Using an extra key is not an option for me - just can't get to the shift key

Yea, I must admit I did struggle with Mord yesterday with it on and actually turned it back on for his "E" move other than that litterally everything is that. Messed me up a bit on MF as I thought her "Q" was like a press to action not a select target one but once I realized I soon melted face
Yea I had to remap it I can't be using shift + those keys, too much going on lol. Love smartcast for Ezreal though can get of his EQWR combo so quick.
Talking abotu Ezreal... Can't wait for his legendary skin to come out
Just keep using it until you're used to it. I changed all the ability keys to smart cast and IMO it makes it much easier to control your character. The only negative I've found is that you have to then learn all the spell ranges.
Has anyone tried it on someone like Ashe with it on and then off. I think their was a split second delay caused by the smart cast which felt really off. Could have just been me but I probably just need to map it when I need it for the skills champs
