How much does a corsair HX750 weigh.

stand on bathroom scales (in kg) holding psu all packed up

stand on scales without psu

difference is package weight

???

profit

:D

Hopefully the OP isn't so daft as to ask us if he could just weigh it himself.

Assuming he is, and has some scales, wouldn't it be easier to just put the PSU on the scales?

But I doubt that bathroom scales are really accurate enough to be used for this purpose.

It's a mystery :0

That would be no fun!

I dunno, I use them for RMAs lol.

If it is around the 4kg with box etc then it might well be around 3.5 give or take a couple of kg - surely you can send it back as a 4 or 5kg weight product, there can’t be that much difference between them in post if anything.

Current prices for posting a parcel through Royal Mail found at Post Office on line:

4kg 2-3 days delivery up to the value of £100 is £10.34 untracked/£22.70 tracked

5kg 2-3 day delivery up to the same value is £13.61/£22.70 tracked.

Just put it down as 4KG, if its 3.9KG with all the stuff that comes with it, surely it's gonna be less than that without them (depending on how you package it) :p

Parcel to go say they need accurate weight. Im sending it to corsair RMA i dont think they need box and accessories. So roughly about 3.5kg?
The requirement isn't all that accurate. I've sent a few things through them and guessed the weight a couple of times without any issues.

box it up ready for posting then stick it on your/your mums/neighbors the kitchen scales.

any weight a parcel company wants will have to include any packaging.

When using couriers they only really care if it's accurate to 1kg. As long as it's not way over (like 5-10kg more than you state) they probably won't care.

On the website where you get a quote keep going up in weight and find out what weight increase the price of your quote then choose the one just before the price increases :D
