Jesus, I thought you had lost weight when I saw you late last year tbh, based on the time before I saw you which was probably early 2011 if not late 2010 ...I forget now. That's a massive weight loss, seriously impressive. You're now lighter than me, although I started going to the gym 3 weeks ago, I want to lose some fat myself, build some muscle and improve my dire fitness. Not to mention break out that bag of 32 and 34 inch waste jeans I have in the loft again ...none of my 36" ones are as nice tbh as I never spent much on them, knowing it wasn't for me and that I would do something to slim down in the future ...well I've been wearing them for nearly 2 years now so it's past time I did, before I end up actually turning into a fat git.
I only really have about a stone perhaps a stone and bit of fat to lose though, then I'm more interested in putting on some muscle. I take it you have achieved your weight loss by eating sensibly and getting plenty of exersise ? Basically a lifestyle change I'm guessing, which is what I need to make, since I've been sitting at a desk since I was a teenager and not doing too much else. So now it's starting to really catch up with me.
