There was a guy in wellingborough, my ex went there for some good work. Creation tattoos (.com) 12, Park Rd, Wellingborough. Was one of these poncy places that wouldn't let anyone else be there when he was working on the ink. Had to wait in the car down the street for 2 hours, for a number of sessions.
Ink was good, even if I though he was a douche.
Domain name is not valid any more, maybe they've gone?

There is a chap called Dave Rushton,from Cannock,he travels over here to Leicester for tattoo sessions,highly regarded,he also does artwork in both business premise's,and at peoples homes.
I know he has a facebook page that shows some of his work.

Shame you can't get to Barnsley theres a tattoist there called Nigal Kurt and he does some of the most amazing portraits ever

One eyed tony gel was excellent until he lost the eye and developed a drinking habit giving him the shakes, I'd advise younto try elsewhere.
