Giving stuff away for free

Are you allowed to give things away for free on here or do you need members market access for that too?
 
Well I have:

3 x 120mm Coolermaster Fans
1 x 140mm Akasa Viper Fan
1GB 9800GT
2X2GB (4GB) DDR3 1333mhz low profile Kingston Ram

Just thought I'd help people out who need it as it's sitting around doing nothing and I've tried selling it on adtrader and flee-bay to no avail.
 
I'd rather give it to someone in need for example if they had a very old 8600gt or something and wanted a small upgrade. If you could state your current spec and why you need any of the above then please do so.
 
That RAM and GPU could go into my wifes PC.

Then my wifes old OCZ RAM and 8600GT card can go into my sons PC which I'm planning to create (he is 9 next month)

I'm not saying Stulid can't have it lol, just don't want someone getting it for the sake of it if they're sitting with gtx 2** series or ATI 4*** series and above already.

Its using the onboard solution and he did ask what it would take to play 3D games a few weeks ago.
