And I don't get why people criticise those who spend a lot of time on the game. If they enjoy it and they're not harming anyone then why do they deserve criticism? I get so many messages such as "no life ***** go get a girlfriend you virgin" or similar. These people genuinely think they're better than me just because they spend less time on a game. It's pathetic their ego is that much in need of a boost. If someone chooses to spend all day doing X who am I to judge them (unless X = killing puppies).

I didn't say it was a problem that people spend hours a day playing on it.
 
5 extra prestiges? bring it on!!!

Really lost any desire to play this game once 10th was capped.

It's the same in world of warcraft by comparison, when I used to play it, as soon as I hit level cap I'd be bored.
 
Had an Awesome round yesterday, It started & within a few minutes 4 players on my team had bailed out because we was losing. The team filled up with new dudes though & after a hairy battle we won 7500 - 7400, To say I was chuffed is a major understatement.

I ******** Hate Deserters. :mad:
 
What are you complaining for they did you a favour leaving. I never mind being dropped into those sort of games where the worst have gone and the team goes from dominated to dominating.

To me the game only begins once I've stopped prestiging, but due to the way it plays I'm having more fun on Modern Warfare right now.
 
The amount of hacked games varies, you have to watch out for malicious hackers, but some of them are just rubbish kids who leave.
 
My only session of playing CoD4 was about a year ago, on xbox. I played 3 games. The first game, there was a guy hiding behind a wall and using a wallhack to kill everyone so I quit. Next game, there were two people who went out of map (far away) with sniper rifles and were basically unkillable so again I quit. The 3rd game I joined the enemy had some kind of aimbot and just got constant headshots.

I've never gone back to the game since.
 
In 36 hours of play from pre MW3 launch I've only experienced that sort of thing to that degree a few times. You might have to quit trying to find a decent unmolested match every now and then, but you're just as likely to have a good session too.
 
That's a big budget advert for one map, but I guess they may as well use the Scott brothers for something now Friday Night Fights appears to have hit the buffers.
 
Does anyone now if ELITE membership codes are region locked? Am trying to sell a uk one and a guy asked me if it will work on his american gamertag. Thanks!
