Still plenty of survivors inside, a couple of minutes after I'd broken in it had been rebarricaded.

EDIT: I cured you and restored you to 17HP. If Wheelhouse Auto Repair cant be entered, head to Lascalles Library. I'm pretty sure that can currently be entered without Free Running. Or Daniston Auto Repair beyond that.

Damn. May have been a little overzealous in popping out when I did. I dont have enough AP left to get there yet. Hopefully they wont notice me before I can get inside or my mission or mercy may turn out to be a suicide mission :S

There's a zed in the Hearne Bdg but I don't have enough ap to get him. I just killed the zed in SW Caigar and spotted him while moving away.

Are you infected? If so make a piñata - find an empty building, over barricaded it until you die from infection, then ruin the building. Survivors won't be able to enter unless they take the barricades down

I made my way back down to the mall this morning. Ended up with a bit of realtime combat right outside. I was taking a few shoots at a zed, and it attacked me back on the same turn! I dodged to the nearby block and ducked inside pronto. Only lost 3HP thankfully.

Where is the best place to go for a revive now? I've been stood 1 block away from Caiger for at least a week and other than being killed once have been mostly ignored.

The cemetery one block east of St. Isidore's Church is a revive point if I'm right. It also helps to say Mrh as a zombie, as this is considered the accepted way for a zombie to request a revive.
