When I tried the VLC 1.2.0 RC last night, Blu-ray wasn't working for me. And judging from the forum, it didn't work for others as well.

VLC 1.2 and VLC 2.0 are two different things tho.![]()
My mistake, I was using the 2.0 RC, and Tron:Legacy BR didn't work, and neither did Suckerpunch.. Although both work fine in Totalmedia Theater
Hope they have better stuff for the real release then.Oh, that blowsHope they have better stuff for the real release then.
Totalmedia Theater is my favorite still too, especially with the borderless window it looks sleek. Costs a bit tho.

Hi There what do you mean by borderless windows ?![]()

Although it will never happen, I'd pay for MPC-HC to fully support blu ray, with menus.
I use anydvdhd, with CorelWinDVD
I don't rate WinDVD, PowerDVD or TMT. They're all way too clunky, WinDVD is the lesser of the evils. Plays any disc I try. -anydvdhd is helping it though
Some discs just don't play properly in MPC-HC / VLC because of the way they are mastered
VLC 2.0 RC. Best off it's free!
Blu-Ray error:
This Blu-Ray Disc needs a library for AACS decoding, and your system does not have it.
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'bluray:///H:/'. Check the log for details.

So it's useless for this disc.![]()
