sadly no, you download the game client and install, then launch the game via Uplay Ubisoft thingy which ties the serial/product code to that account.

I have bought AC: Brotherhood but pc world download client is piece of ****. Downloading the game is such a slow process.
I'm on a 2mb line atm
, I just left it downloading last night as the client is just under 8gigs but it maxed it out. Still, can't really complain getting the deluxe edition for a measly £6
