Thinking of buying an H100 but can't see how current case, Cooler master Elite 335, can take a 240mm rad with fans....so any non-expensive recommendations....many thanks.

It cant from the images I am looking at. obviously if your psu is mounted at the top your not going to have the room. I'd recommend a Corsair 500R because the h100 sits nicely in one of those but depends what your budget is.

My H100 keeps my i5 @ 4.8ghz under 70.c.. its not as good as a dedicated system but a lot less hassle and still offers great cooling. The H100 and push and pull fans fitted perfectly into my Fractal arc midi..

An air cooler will do just aswell with the same amount of hassle

Here is my Arc Mid the H100 with push and pull fans fits perfect..

Thats a nice case, puts my cruddy one to shame.

So you've got four fans on the H100 in total?
Is it noisy?
I'd rather go with fans as quiet as poss.....I sometimes leave the box running overnight de\re-muxing.

Yes 4 fans they are Arctic F12 PWM fans they were £4 each. I have them connected to an Akasa PWM splitter and they run from the motherboard not the H100. Under normal use it is silent, under cpu load you can hear the fans spin up but they are not loud. Gaming I can hear the GPU fan over the CPU fans and that is very quite.

My H100 was £75 and gives a nice tidy install rather than a big Air cooler hanging off the motherboard. The system I built with an XSPC RS240 kit was only a few .c better.

But you can expand the RS :D

Better value for money (if you'll use it) Big if though.

+1 for the 500r or HAF series

Slight issue when fitting the H100 to the NZXT Phantom Case if using 200mm fans up top too.

The 120's get in the way of the ram. Dunno what I am going to do yet. Just throwing that out there so someone else doesnt make the mistake

Which bit of the ram?

Is it something that can be sorted out with low profile?
