I've shaved my head for over 10 years because of hairloss.
but i get these red spots on my head with no puss in them.
they drive me crazy as they look awful and i try not to touch them.
I've tried a spot exfoliating face wash for 2 weeks that doesnt seem to be helping. i just end up with dry skin despite using a moisturiser.
I've order some " PanOxyl Acne Foaming Wash, Maximum Strength "
wich contains 10% benzoyl peroxide. that is apparently ment to be very good but wont arrive until Tuesday.
I'll be honest my diet isnt that healthy. I do drink plenty of water.
I think i am lacking Vitamin D.
I rarely go outside at this time of year and if i do i wear a hat. i think my head is lacking in sunlight "Vitamin D" but i don't wish to go out without a hat because 1> i'm conscious of the scattered red markings and my head is to cold in this weather outside.
any other baldies have this problem ?
