Why do people get a team and full bench? Surely its just more flexible and more interesting to get 2 teams and rotate?

I used to do that but you can devote more resources to one team and I always felt one was my 'B team' and was less fun to use.

edit: UP Cleverly and Anderson are still so expensive :(
 
Sneijder, the CAMs are more wingers and he's a bit slow. Actually, he's just a bit average at everything really, Fabregas-esque in that his high OVR is quite misleading.

I dno - my 2nd team this year should be a French skill team that could be only worth 20k+Nasri :p. Also means all those coins I win go into gradual improvements (Benzema, Ribery) rather than over-inflated IFs

Tell me about it - waiting for UP Nani to go reasonable (50k please)...

P.S. Is it mad of me of thinking of a Serie A back 4 of: Silva - Chellini - Lucio - Maicon?

Def Robinho at CAMSneijder is probably a bit slow for a CAM, although you do have pace in Di Natale, try all 3 out, see who you prefer, but if you play Snijder, as he's a 5* weak foot make sure he's on the right.

Vidal, i found very meh, would play Cambiasso over him ANY time, also its CDM :p

IF Aimar from what I have seen, is pretty good, spins around like an idiot a lot though, prob cause I was playing Dan VEE at the time!! :p

Only problem with that team is moderately paced CAM's, very slow paced CDM's, and CAM's are left on left, right on right, might wanna try & switch it somehow, unless you're not fussed? 4-2-2-2 CAM's can cut in a lot, as you saw with Kaka & Neymar on my team.

Not bad, due to Silva's workrates I found him none existent when I played him in 4-2-2-2, seemed to just hang out infront of the CDM's but rarely pushed forward, and sadly due to Tevez's pretty low stamina and the running involved with the CAM role in 4-2-2-2 he will be pretty knackered pretty quickly, but in theory its pretty sound, but you want Aguero on the right as he has a 5* weak foot, also somehow you seem to have put Drogba in by accident?
 
Yeah accident! ;) Debating what team to make. Silva wasn't that good when I played with him tbh. Tevez at CAM does look handy though. I could swap CDM and everyone in front around then have UP Enrique too. Who is a good partner with Aguero?

I am thinking of getting back into UT. But my team is absolute gash , plus I'd be lazy and would not want to build up coins by winning tourneys. How much on packs would it take me to get a half decent team? £10, £15 £20???
