best value for money case for under £70

I've had no issues with my Zalman, plenty of space, nice cooling and a fair amount of cable management. Doesn't look super ugly either imo.

If you want any pictures of my build then just ask.

Hi I have a different suggestion, hear me out :P

I have a Cooler Master Sileo, and at a similar price it may be ideal. The idea of this case is to lower the noise, it's lined with sound dampening foam and has pads around the PSU. It also has quiet fans which draw in plenty of air.

It also has great tooless features for the hdds, pcie cards etc, and plenty of space (at least in my opinion). Unfortunately there is no cable management (One of the only things I dislike about it).

Some people don't like the sideways hdd tray, personally I love it I think it makes them much easier to access.

Obviously it won't keep your components as cool as the other cases but I've never had any problems with temperatures when at full load. I think the reduced noise more than makes up for this.

I think it looks quite nice too, though not quite as nice as the Shinobi :( On another note I think putting a dvd drive in the Shinobi ruins the good looks completely.

If you get a 5.25" ODD cover for the Shinobi, it wont' ruin the good looks :p

Shinobi if you really don't want to spend much money, however, I imagine cooling/temperatures won't be great with just the one 120mm fan as with the Raider (3x120mm), the cooling performance was a little disappointing IMO (due to the fans mainly, not so much the case as it is designed for airflow) and the shinobi is more closed off at the front thus impacting airflow, so make sure you add a few more fans (1 or 2 120mm to the front and 1 or 2 140mm to the top).

I would go for the Raider personally out of all the cases around £70 as it has better features and if you want you could add a coolermaster megaflow 200mm fan [19dB] (around £10) to the top to have even better temps and airflow ;)

And of course if you need any more info on the Raider, you can check my review out (also a few comparisons against the Antec P182 and Sonata 3 in the review) :)

EDIT:

As for noise levels, the Raider with 3x120 spectre fans is very quiet! So I imagine that the shinobi out of the box would be even quieter.
