Hi I have a different suggestion, hear me out
I have a Cooler Master Sileo, and at a similar price it may be ideal. The idea of this case is to lower the noise, it's lined with sound dampening foam and has pads around the PSU. It also has quiet fans which draw in plenty of air.
It also has great tooless features for the hdds, pcie cards etc, and plenty of space (at least in my opinion). Unfortunately there is no cable management (One of the only things I dislike about it).
Some people don't like the sideways hdd tray, personally I love it I think it makes them much easier to access.
Obviously it won't keep your components as cool as the other cases but I've never had any problems with temperatures when at full load. I think the reduced noise more than makes up for this.
I think it looks quite nice too, though not quite as nice as the Shinobi

On another note I think putting a dvd drive in the Shinobi ruins the good looks completely.
