Having bought my LED TV some months ago, it's starting to gather a fair amount of dust/spots of dirt (thought these were dead pixels at first as the aforementioned TV was ex-display, but after wiping it with a cloth it seems that it was just something on the screen). I bought a box of cloths that had several different types for use on LCD/LED TVs, computer monitors, windows, etc. but wasn't entirely sure which solution to buy, or what to use on it as I don't want to damage it by using the wrong type as it's one of those TVs without the glass panel ontop of the screen. So which solution do you guys use? Are there any you recommend that are easy to obtain?

I use a damp strong kitchen towel that has be rung out. I did use a spray from work but that left streaks.

After asking a similar question some months ago I took the advice to use two microfibre cloths, one damp (nothing but water) and one dry, does the job perfectly.

The first plasma screen I had about 10 years ago cost close to £3500, anyway our cleaner used an ammonia based cleaner on the screen which removed some of the coating coating :'(
I wasn't very happy.
