Hey looking to build a new PC, mainly for gaming... BF3, Ultra settings at 1920x1080, cheap as possible without losing any performance.

Need Mobo, CPU, RAM, PSU, Monitor and a GFX Card but that will come at a later date. Don't really have a budget but would like it as cheap as possible without sacrificing any performance

Do you not think I should go for a Mobo with PCI-3.0 ?

That board comes with a 3.0 slot. All it needs is a BIOS update I believe.

Edit: Ah it seems only the version 2.0 of that board has PCI-E 3.0, if you particularly want that board, you could ask OC which version of the board they have in stock. Otherwise, this board is also pretty decent. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-054-AK

TBH, with the latest generation of cards, PCI 3.0 makes little difference, but who knows with future cards.

Thanks for the reply, I am getting the MSI board from another retailer as its a bit cheaper, but plan on getting the rest from OCUK... I don't plan on SLI/Xfire so I am going to go with a Single PCI-3.0 slot...
