My first thought as well.mondeo st220, 3k is a decent price for one, heavy on juice and so not too popular but with your millage a non important issue, full leather etc so kitted too.

Accord Type R?
Toyota Aristo? Its a great sleeper, basically a Lexus GS300 with the same engine as a Supra so ~330bhp standard and will hit 400 for peanuts, pretty unbreakable, fully loaded, great build quality, and looks like a normal mid sized executive saloon.
The OP mentioned Galants in his opening post, and as he's after a sleeper he's hardly going to be interested in the NA now is he![]()

Surely the answer is obvious, Octavia VRS?

To me it strikes me that he wants something similar to a 2.0 Mondeo and just doesn't realise that to most a sleeper is something thats bonkers fast but doesnt look it.
Would a passat be a sleeper? the one with the v6 engine?
A sleeper is a car that has high performance and an unassuming exterior. Sleeper cars are termed such because their exterior looks little or no different from a standard or economy-class car.
