What has the best UV reactive effect - Clear tube with blue UV die, or Blue UV tube with UV die?

As above really, I need some new tubing to order with my dual rad, but wasnt sure if I should go with clear tubing with UV reactive die, or blue reactive UV tubing with blue reactive die?
