Nope for mate! He's doing a new build and has about 500 - 600 to spend. So I gave him that, a GTX 460SC, Corsair 430w. Not sure about the rest.

The retail CPU comes with a heatsink/fan, this is in the middle of the budget and includes a good but cheap one.

That RAM is rated a 9-9-9-27, any reason not to go for it? Or is that wrong?
