Urban Dead (Browser based zombie apocalypse)

Dunno I'm about 10 blocks south at the moment. 0 AP so will head back up when I have more. I can repair as well...

Whats the current situation at Caiger? We any closer to the prospect of retaking the mall?

Too many zed's (multiple groups of 4-5 zed's) strolling round on the rampage and no concerted effort, without a game plan and a lot of people we have no chance.

I'm fed up with the mess up here so I'm hanging until I get free running and as soon as I pick that up I'm off to Wyke Hills in the deep south. There is Buckley Mall down there which you apparently get some good scraps over but it is a well organised defence and good area to be in.

Darvall Heights will never be organised again IMO, just wish someone would kill the guy who is barricading everything to the max

If the prospects are good I'm certainly happy to save up my AP for a trip south.

I'll scout it out with one of my alts and let you know how it looks and whether its worth moving over. Pointless trekking down for an even bigger mess. :p

Its a long way so will take a day or two for me to report back as I have already used today's AP's. I'll report in as soon as I have a decent idea how its looking.

Just been revived at Caiger

In the 9 block area I can see 2 zeds, no one else.

Im up for moving if needs must.

I'm currently in St Entychian's Hospital at the moment, could do with an ammo run but not essential. Don't mind going further south to setup a camp/stronghold somewhere once my AP is back up.

Darvell Heights seems destroyed at the moment, lots of ruined buildings.

Darvall Heights *is* way overbarricaded. Kind of ridiculous - sadly, though, that's not the only area that's like that. My alt is in Crowbank, and that's impossible to get into, as well.

I don't think moving elsewhere will solve the problem. What we need, really, are to teach the new players who don't know any better about entry points and the religious respect policy and other things that we put in place long ago.

With that said - if the general consensus is to move, I'll follow. What suburb we're in doesn't matter - it's working together that gets the job done.

Well that was annoying. Zombies took down the last of the barricades and killed everyone in St Entychian's Hospital, I logged in 7 minutes after being killed :(

Shuffled south and currently at Coymer Square which is meant to the be the Preston Arms revive point but no one about really. Will keep on shouting Mrh?! and hope for the best.

Definitely agree about working together more, getting a place of our own and holding it out.

Currently @ Judge road PD in North Blythville.

Nice and quiet here, hardly any zeds, going to stock up on supplies.

Heading north from Darvell to get towards the police station + hostpitals near there. Hopefully get a revive around there so can then get in and stock up on ammo

Nice one. I've got a few pistol clips ready to go, so that should be enough for the trip down. I'm gonna start letting my AP build up without spending it now, so I'm ready to go if needed.

If you're not using it yet, take advantage of the DEM Revive Request Manager. It may take a bit longer than it did in the old days, but it's better than Mrh?ing and hoping for the best. http://ud-malton.info/revive.php

I'm currently in the area around Crossman PD, trying to get a toolbox from either the factory or the Auto Repair. So far all I've found are melee weapons, a couple fuel cans, and a portable genny. I miss the mall.

I made the mistake of popping out of the police station last night to check on the zed count. Found that some idiot had sealed up all the entry points nearby. Ended up getting stuck outside and almost killed! Managed to get into Cundham Library with an infection and 4hp left! Lucky there was a player in there who was able to heal me a little. Now sitting on 19hp.

Even if that mall is a no go down south I dont think this area is worth staying in any longer. There are too many people sealing up the entry points, as others have said.

Managed to trek down near Cundham and finally get in somewhere to try and stock up on first aid kits, only managed to search the hospital for one first aid kit before coming over and healing you for another 10
