Looking at getting a Wacom Bamboo - what's the difference between these 2?

Hi all, I'm looking at getting a Wacom Bamboo, total amatuer and would be my first time getting one...

I'm looking at getting one today but can't see what the difference is between these two, I mean spec wise they are idential the only difference I can see if the software they come with

I mean both model numbers are the same other than one being 470S-EN and one being a 460.
