Yeah if you wanted, it would be somewhat pointless though and likely outweighed by the more on-point tweets using that hash-tag

Yeah. You could make a stockhausen type post and then put #meganfoxshairycrotch and then people would see it and/or be tricked into reading it.

Yes although there is safety in numbers of sorts - in order to make any noticeable impact you would need a pretty concerted and organized campaign of mischief to drown out the 'genuine' tweeters using that hashtag.

Bandwagon?..I tried it, those are my findings, its pretty awful, then insert every god damn show on TV now having to have it mentioned and every radio station, I even heard a BBC newscaster that you could follow...I mean REALLY?

the only thing with less obvious hashtags (not an event, or show or whatever) is that they're good for the first half hour and then once they reach the trending topics get flooded with people asking what the hashtag is about.

I know what twtter is but have never used it, but havent a clue what hashtags and trending means. I suppose Icould look it up on google but dont care enough to bother
