GT 1850rpm & Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3

I currently have these 2 items running and have noticed that the fan when im running Intel Stress Test is only running at 1400rpm..

How do I get it to run at full speed to check how noisy and if possible how much cooler it would make my O/C cpu??

I havnt got a fan controller so I presume its going to be a setting in the bios...

In the manual it says CPU SMART FAN CONTROL, set to disabled and that allows the fan to run at full speed...

Ive tried that and it still shows the fan running at just over 1400rpm and its a GT1850??,

Is there anything else I have to change in the bios??

Is there no way of running off the motherboard to run at full speed?
