OcUK Karting Meet - 10th March 2012 - Lunch

Hi All,

Tina's asked me to organise the Lunch for this meet. Seeing as there's going to be a fair amount of us, I think it would be best to book a table/area and pre-order.

We shall be meeting here at 11.30am

What Do I Need From You?

1. Download the menu from here: Link
2. Decide on food you want to order - Once you have ordered, you cannot change your mind!
3. Email me on [email protected] with your forum username, name and menu selection - including an order for any other people you may bring, girlfriends etc etc.
4. ???
5. Profit?

I must stress that we need to pre-order for this, as we don't have all the time in the world, roughly 90 minutes to be in, drink, eat and be at the Karting venue for a 1pm SHARP start.

I would like to have all pre-orders by Friday 2nd March, 11.59pm. I will be booking the table on Saturday morning, so whoever hasn't emailed me with an order, I will be assuming that you're not eating - feel free to join us, but you may be waiting a while for your food, and not guaranteed a table.

With regards to payment, I will be keeping note of orders and costs, so everyone can pay on the day.

Food before the racing, that will add weight! :D

I shall have a large breakfast and maybe just grab a sandwich from a garage and meet you all at the event at 1pm. :)
 
As mentioned in the main thread - I would suggest arriving a bit earlier and meet us at the pub around 12.30pm even if you decide not to have lunch, or at least aim to get to the karting venue well before 1pm to allow for any unexpected delays as I know some of you will be travelling quite far to get there.

REMINDER: ANY PERSONS DEEMED TO HAVE CONSUMED ALCOHOL 12 HOURS PRIOR TO THEIR EVENT WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM DRIVING WITH NO REFUND.
 
I'm going to back out. It looks a bit carborific for me :p

I'll grab a bite before we leave mind.
 
We should have a late lunch after karting and make the winner eat at least 10 burgers. :)

(will be skipping the pub lunch)
