Found my old Corsa for sale

I just found my 750i Sport for sale too. Your thread prompted me to look on Autotrader.
It's up for £2.5k more than I got for it as trade in and it's moved to Norfolk!
 
All you guys are either jealous he can lose 10k on depreciation or conversley you should be happy that he has supplied the 2nd hand car market with another car.

I don't think anyone on here goes out their way to berate rather strange decisions such as £17k for a brand new Corsa, but when the OP dangles it there like a carrot on a stick, it's too much to resist...

I just don't see what the problem is, if someone buys a new car it WILL depreciate i would've hoped the OP knew this and worked into his financial plans over the next 3 years....ie he has to afford it.

Most dont even think about it even though they will swear they did retrospectively. ie the guy on here with the Polo.

I cannot understand why you think people are jealous that he lost £10k on Corsa?
 
Who cares "how much money he lost on it"? It was obviously the right financial and personal choice at the time. Give the OP a break!

People care because of the overwhelming irony of somebody who spent £17k on a Corsa and then offloaded it to We Buy Any Car for £10k less posting..

Cant say I'd spend that much for a corsa with that many miles on it.

I'm sure that's exactly what he was hoping to hear. Advice on a financial transaction that is in the past and completely out of his control. Great stuff!!

Ok i guess i just mean people may be envious that he bought a new car and was prepared to deal with the 10k depreciation.

I suppose i was just trying to give the OP some support :p

Successful attempt at feeding him it was.

You'll start to see how certain threads pan out round here when (if) you've been around far too long like us :D

I have to admit, this thread seemed like massive trollbait from the start. £10k depreciation on a Corsa in this place is like a girl walking into 4chan...
 
I quite like the Corsa VXR's. Would never have one but I'd imagine there as fun as my little Clio if not a little more mental.

Don't see the point in the thread though.
