gtx590 evga classified £285 new.

Ebay/Paypal dont heed to no returns, even though they have or had an option for it. If they deem in favour of the buyer regardless of whether it says no returns on the auction they will let the buyer return and get a refund.

Do not forget also the VAT and custom charge you will possibly get hit for too!

Just get the exporter to mark it as a gift.

Its actually not an unbelievable price if the manufacturer is clearing stock, but in this case it probably is a scam.

Edit: just look at the GTX480's on offer here as an example.

Just got round to reporting this guy to the famous online auction site.
he has sold 27 so far in 3 days and has unlimited supply, he has made over 7k in 3 days. lets see if they ban his account. :)

they wont i rang ebay about a shill bidder last week he is still selling things

Just remembered this and checked the guy's page. He has many unhappy customers now. Looks like he was the one who got scammed, and his feedback responses would suggest he's slightly annoyed.

He said he got scammed, he probably got a Nigerian supplier lol.

If EVGA themselves do not even have stock of a product then it would he highly unlikely for any one else to have 30 of them.

EVGA are not a huge great big company. They are what is referred to in Yankland as a "Mom and Pop store".
