Just get the exporter to mark it as a gift.
You can only do that up to $40. Then gift or not you are paying duties.
If you want it marked as being worth less than $40? good luck. If it goes missing you've had it.

Its actually not an unbelievable price if the manufacturer is clearing stock, but in this case it probably is a scam.

Just got round to reporting this guy to the famous online auction site.
he has sold 27 so far in 3 days and has unlimited supply, he has made over 7k in 3 days. lets see if they ban his account.
they wont i rang ebay about a shill bidder last week he is still selling things

Just remembered this and checked the guy's page. He has many unhappy customers now. Looks like he was the one who got scammed, and his feedback responses would suggest he's slightly annoyed.

If EVGA themselves do not even have stock of a product then it would he highly unlikely for any one else to have 30 of them.
EVGA are not a huge great big company. They are what is referred to in Yankland as a "Mom and Pop store".
