Got a little uni project on where i need to market some kind of service/brand extension for O2 (fictionally), so need to get my hands on some primary research.

Its not overly well designed i agree. If you could just rank all of the features 1 - 6 of which you use the most to the least, or alternatively skip it if you feel abliged.
