Hmm, i get how that method works, but i'm not sure if it's necessary. From what i understand of gum printing (which could be RBG or CMYK) you can use a single negative and simply use filters when you're enlarging it. Although i'm having a lot of trouble visualizing if that would actually work :p

No, i think you misunderstand. You can try to digitally manipulate pictures from a digital camera to look like film, but it's not a style.

I would be very surprised to learn if these images had been edited at all, in the sense that you're talking about. They look like straight up scans of the negatives.
