Iphone 4 replacement

The thing is I seldom use it for long calls, usually for a "where are you" or a quick checking in, sort of call. OTherwise, I'll be on my handsfree in the car anyway. I tend to have in depth conversations in person or only very occasionally on the phone. :)

Whilst the interface and the "it just works" nature of the iphone is fab, it's also far too limiting and restricted.

The <5" screen phones are perfectly manageable unless you're a midget with midget clothes and hands :p

It's also worth noting that when people go OMG at screen sizes they're not considering that newer phones have screens that stroke the bezels of the phones themselves so dimensions wise the phones are only marginally taller or wider. The Galaxy Nexus is not that much bigger than the S2, for example yet it has a 4.6" screen.

It aint the thickness it's the footprint of it....won't easily fit into a jeans pocket without risking a hernia when you bend over and it digs into your stomach. :p

Do you do a lot of bending over?

The Galaxy S II for example wouldn't give you this problem. It's thin and only really slightly bigger than the iPhone.
