Had no idea it was anything other than a rumour so was a very nice surprise to read they're filming it as we speak and it'll be released later this year. Good that they got the original cast back as well, just please dont go making it something stupid like a PG-13

Should they make a 3rd, I wonder what the plot would be for that. They all got kidnapped? then realised there was nobody left to rescue them? Should all characters die, maybe then Hollywood could reboot it.

Shia LaBeouf could star in the reboot!

It saddens me that people rely on the sequel angle so much. I'm a bit gutted that Christopher Nolan is focussing only on super hero movies at the moment. Whilst they are great, I'd much rather have a fresh new film.
